How We Work
We are committed to guiding you every step of the way in your journey toward a new professional opportunity in the Netherlands.
Create Your Profile
Start by registering your profile. We strongly recommend completing your profile as thoroughly as possible and uploading an up-to-date CV in English. A detailed profile significantly increases your chances of being matched with the right opportunities.
Initial Contact & Strategy
After your registration, our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp. During this conversation, we will clarify any questions and work with you to define the best strategy to support your job search in the Netherlands.
Job Matching & Offers
Whenever suitable opportunities arise, you will receive job offers that align with your professional profile and experience.
Candidate Promotion
Once you accept one of our job proposals, we will present your profile to our client in the most effective way possible. We only promote candidates who meet our clients' requirements and achieve a compatibility match of at least 85%.
Client Evaluation
After reviewing your profile, the client may either accept or decline your application. If accepted, the client will contact you directly to confirm details such as your arrival in the Netherlands and your start date.
Ongoing Support & Arrival
Once everything is confirmed, we will continue to support you during your relocation and throughout your first week of work. We ensure your arrival goes smoothly and your working conditions are as expected.
